Plan
Details
- Includes
Toll Free technical telephone support.
- Includes
same-day onsite exchange of components diagnosed as defective
by TKO.
- Includes
exchanges that perform the same function as the equipment
replaced.
- Includes
"hot standby" components tested and ready for
service.
- Includes
service support 24 hours per day all year.
- Includes
TKO managed Return Materials Authorizations.
- Includes
TKO Alarm Management and System Interrogation daily.
Hours
of Operation and Response:
- Immediate
answer by skilled technician during normal business hours.
- Telephone
response within one hour after business hours, on weekends
and on National holidays
Exclusions:
- Equipment
that is not covered by the service plan.
- Alarm
management and technical response subject to customer
access
- Dispatch
for "Same-Day Onsite Repair and Exchange" shall
occur within 4 hours of initial TKO response.
Service Fees:
- One
time annual fee per network, which includes specific supported
components.
- Products
added to customer networks beyond those required to repair
a service outage will be billed at the then current prices.
TKO
reserves the right to charge customer at then current time
and expense/materials rates for any customer requested service
which is outside the scope of this service offering.

Video Communications
TKO also provides satellite broadcasting, audio and
video streaming, audio conferencing and video conferencing
software and equipment (Tandberg, Cisco, Radvision, Polycom,
Sony, Initia AccessSwitch). In addition, we offer training
in telecommunications and video conferencing.
