Our small class sizes, detailed lessons and exercises ensure that each student gets high value for every hour invested in TKO training. Our instructors are also technical professionals, their experience and knowledge is at your disposal during and even after your classroom experience.

Training Mission
We are specialists in video communications. Our customers depend on us to manage their networks every day. In the late 1990's our customers began asking TKO to help train their own staff members to do what we know how to do. Today, our mission is to offer the same high quality training to you. TKO has developed two tracks of technical training. Track 1 (telecommunications training) is focused on telecommunications technology. Track 2 (video conferencing training) is focused on video networks and equipment.

Training Objectives
TKO offers hands-on technical training that works back on the job. It also means our instructors are practitioners. What they they recommend in the classroom they perform in their own jobs. This means keeping our course materials up-to-date with the latest solutions, and not just the latest technologies. Our objective is to keep class sizes small so each attendee receives hands-on training.

Locations
All classes are held at our corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. However, TKO does provide for your convenience, on-site training courses for groups of eight or more.
