Trainer & CEO, TKO Video Communications
Responsible for training content development and delivery for telecommunications courses. Developed both customer specialized training and broad based telecommunications technology training for large and small organizations. Notable customers include: Lucent Technologies and PictureTel Corporation, leaders in telecommunications and video conferencing technologies, respectively. Created entry-level "Fundamentals" courses, "Intermediate" courses and "Advanced Troubleshooting" courses all with Hands-On Exercises using modern communications systems. Business manager in charge of all operations.

• Course designer and architect for hands-on demonstrations
• Excellent presentation skills to large groups in professional settings
• Deep knowledge of communications technologies and historical developments
• Outstanding analytical, communication and both oral and written presentation skills

Richard L. Windrow

Telecommunications Instructor - TKO Video Communications.
Our youngest team player, Richard Windrow instructs employees and customers on the use of communications technologies. He also trains teams of engineers on new technologies; manages training for key customer projects and infrastructure upgrades; oversees training development, timeline management, and milestone attainment through training completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of creating new training programs
• Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Expert trainer/instructor on advanced communications systems
• Broad knowledge of networking and communications technologies
• Intensive experience working with beginner through advanced students
• 20 years experience in network operations management and employee training

Locations
All classes are held at our corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. However, TKO does provide for your convenience, on-site training courses for groups of eight or more.
