JOSE (August 1, 2005) - Turn-Key Operations, Inc. (TKO), a video communications

enterprises, today announced an agreement that will enable the Company to sell,
install, and service products manufactured by Codian, Inc. Under
the agreement, TKO is authorized to sell the entire suite of Codian products including
its Multipoint Control Units (MCU's), IP to ISDN Gateways and IP VCR's.
